How does The Placing Company handle visa and immigration processes?You can leave most of this to us. We'll coordinate with our select pool of accredited migration agents partners to handle visa and immigration processes.

Can I review candidate profiles before making a decision?Yes. Once we have matched a relevant candidate pool and vetted that pool for your unique needs, you'l be welcome to review anonymised profiles of shortlisted candidates, enabling informed decisions on which candidates to move forward with.

What are the fees associated with using The Placing Company's services?Our fees are determined as a percentage of the candidate's salary, segmented into two parts. The initial fee is invoiced upon placement, followed by a "placement success fee" after the candidate has completed three months with your organisation. This arrangement facilitates long-term successful placements, aligning our success with yours.
